The RCA DRC620N is a durable and compact tablet-style portable DVD player with a large seven-inch 16x9 viewing screen that displays movies in their original widescreen format. The highly versatile portable player is adaptable to almost any viewing environment - inside, outside or even traveling in a car. Consumers can enjoy playback from virtually all DVD and CD formats including DVD+R/+RW, DVD-R/-RW, Red Book CD, CD/CD-R/-RW.
Offering multiple entertainment options, the DRC620N plays back previously recorded TV shows and DVD movies and provides easy A/V connections to video games, camcorders and television sets.
Product designers took extra care in creating the DRC620N to assure that its capabilities extend well beyond home activities. Included with the player is a custom-designed Car Carrying Case that enables the consumer to easily attach the device to the back of a car seat for rear-seat viewing while on the road, and the product's Car Adapter allows recharging of the battery by simply connecting it to the car's power adapter. As an added convenience, the rechargeable battery is built into the player.
To assure privacy when traveling or in a crowded public area, the DRC 620N's Dual Headphone Jacks permit two viewers to enjoy full, rich sound of favorite DVDs, CDs and mp3s without disturbing those around them, and the device's MultiSpeed Smooth Scan function effortlessly scans for the viewer's favorite movie scene.
Along with the Car Adapter, the DRC620N's three-hour High Power Rechargeable Battery Pack enables additional hours of viewing, and a DVD Card Remote Control provides easy access to most DVD functions. Parental concern is also addressed with the addition of TV Guardian Foul Language Filtering technology which can be used to mute offensive language from movie dialog.
