The HT-DB120 combines the convenience of multi-disc playback capability, including DVD, CD, MP3-CD, CD-R, CD-RW, and DVD-RW, with a sophisticated AM/FM tuner, all in a single player. It employs Dolby Pro Logic II - a new form of multi-channel audio signal decoding technology that improves upon existing Dolby Pro Logic, and DTS (Digital Theater Systems) - an audio compression format developed by Digital Theater that delivers full-frequency 5.1 channel sound.

The HT-DB120 automatically shuts itself off after 20 minutes in the stop or pause mode and automatically brightens and darkens the brightness of the TV screen after 2 minutes in the stop or pause mode. The HT-DB120 automatically switches itself into the power saving mode after 20 minutes in the screen saver mode. It allows you to select your favorite image during JPEG, DVD playback and set it as your background wallpaper.
