Best Answer: I would say no, since it lacks an optical zoom and for the simple fact it is made by Oregon Scientific. Typically digital cameras made by Oregon Scientific don't have the best lenses either resulting in adequate but not stellar images. Conrad is right about the lenses of those type cameras. The bottom line is stick with cameras made by camera companies, not cameras made by computer companies. Lenses are MUCH more important in a camera than the computer part. Go with Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Minolta, Pentax, Olympus, etc.... - Floridaman
