pivot tables, graphs, lookup tables when you use vlookup or hlookup ? Because you want to sort out the data between sheets in some chronological order. Ie have each sheet with a Letter ie A, B, C , D etc so that you can sort people out by last name. Go figure , as per above lots of reasons :) - gecko_au2003
one worksheet is for data entry, one is for calculations or put with data entry, and a different one is for the cleaned up final info. OR, a monthly copy of each report with different figures monthly - Nocode3738
