GoVideo dv3140 DVD recorder HELP!!!? - toomuchtv23 I believe I have everything set up right, but when I put in a blank dvd-r to record from tv, it says error on the recorder. Is it because it will not record on that brand of disc? I've tried 2 different kinds. or is there anything special I have to do once i'm done setting everything up? The website seems to be shut down, and I do not have a contact number either. please help. thanks!

Best Answer: I had the same problem with my GoVideo DVD recorder. I was able to clear it up by selling it at a garage sale. I tried everything else, mine got so bad that even playing a cd the thing would go haywire and make static noises vice music. My friend had an extra DVD player laying around his house and gave it to me... just so happens that it is GoVideo also and I am having problems with it too. I hate GoVideo!!!!!
