Those sites are rare. Torrents are best for PC games because so many people get it and they share it with you. I would recommend btjunkie.com because it is an okay site. You don't have to use it, just check it out. If you go to that site then search for what you need. - I Pity You Fool!™

Bit torrent is really the only way to go. I'm not sure why you don't want to use it, but like most people your probably worried about the security issues, of it containing viruses and stuff. Though, it's honestly fairly safe, just download things with around 20+comments, if those people didn't find any viruses or changes in their computer, the chances are you wont either.
