Question and Answers

Richy is f0cking awesome!!!! What broaband company do u reccomend...? - Richy is f0cking awesome!!!! My subscription to Sky broadband is due to end within the next few weeks but i want to change to a different provider. I currently pay £17 per month with a maximum of 8MB per second and a 40 GB usage cap. The service is quite good but we have had bad times with the internet going down in the past and having to wait a couple of hours for it to work again. I don't want to have AOL because i hear that their service is very poor and they fill the hard drive with spam or something. Any recommendations? thanx
Best Answer: BT yahoo is pretty good, depending on how far you are from the exchange. I get 54mbps and I am about 3 miles from my exchange in a rural area. - T B
Ive had Bt for 2 years, been superb - Clarky
I have been on Talk Talk now for almost 18 months and can honestly say that I have had absolutely no problem with them. I get all free calls to all UK , Europe, Newzealand, Australia, America and a whole lot of other countries, I get the phone line rental and I get the Broadband all for an astounding £21 per month. To my knowledge it has never been off and their help line should you need it is free. - ANF
I have been with BT since May. No complaints we got the first six months for £8.95 a month. Got a free phone with it, free calls and 8meg speed. The bill is added to our phone bill.We pay by direct debit monthly one payment for the whole lot. I think I am right in saying that all broadband is in BT exchanges anyway, so whoever you get its BT. - philhoonoseitall

Depends on where you live, there are different services in differnt areas. I work for a broadband provider myself that has pretty good service. 10MB up, but unless you live in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky. We don't provide service anywhere else. - Craig M
