What is Your Best too Worst List on HDTV brands?!? - Diog Since I have always remembered, Sony has always been one of the Best TV's to Own. And now they are the #1 Best (And most expensive). I think Samsung is #2, and Mitsubishi is #3. Here's mine: Sony Samsung Mitsubishi Panasonic Toshiba Sharp Pioneer LG Magnovox Olevia HP WestingHouse Vizio Emprex I could go on, but I will make mine short. There are about 15+ brands out there. Maybe more. I have an Olevia 32" HDTV that is Awsome. I would rank that as teh Best of the least expensive brands. I woud put Vizio & Emprex tward the Bottom. I'm not trying to be Political, but Vizio is like voting Obama, and Emprex is like voting Hilary. Emprex is a crapy b*tch, and you don't know what your going to get with Vizio. McCain is a Magnovox. Romney was a Samsung. Too bad.... So, what's YOUR Best-to-Worst HDTV Brands?!?

Your list is CLOSE....Mitsubishi is neck and neck with SONY.... Sharp and Pioneer are not impressive and should be at the TOP of the Crap TV sets....(one's too expensive, poor level of service depots, the other just has bad engineering) Samsung should be LOWER.....LG should be higher.... But Sony and Mitsubishi are the overall BEST... - TV TECH-man®

Your list is vague at best. You don't break down by HDTV type of technology (i.e. LCD, DLP, Plasma, Projection etc.) and brand alone is the WORST way to judge a TV particularly in the HD category. You need to read the professional publications on HDTV before you make such vague judgements because you're Dead wrong with your listing here. - 8020rule
