Best Answer: Given that it is a Dell...that automatically means it's overpriced, so if you're buying it retail...no. It is also probably underpowered with only a 230w PSU. Without a price, I can't really say, but with a $120 (retail) CPU, $100 (retail) for the memory, about $100 for the drive, the $30 graphics card (which is not Dx10 capable, so all the fancy Vista stuff is unavailable), and the $40 DVRW, and the $250 OS... If you're paying over $600 (retail) you're being hosed. Used...maybe $2-400, depending on condition. Good Luck! - jcurrieii
