Need help with webcams!!? - Megan:) I have a webcam on my laptop and I don't know how to use it so PLEASE HELP ME!!! First person to answer that works gets choosen as best answer and gets 10 points!!!

Best Answer: I believe you are using a webcam with the USB connection? You can simply plus it into the USB port on your laptop. And if you are operating on Windows XP or Vista, the system should be able configure the webcam automatically. Then you have to install the corrosponding software for the webcam. ur in luck cuz i just got a webcam! well first thing u gotta do is plug it into the back of your computer, then download the software ( it usually comes with a disc) if not then go to the company's site and download it there then it'll get installed and u can open it up and start videoing & taking pics! - shimerinstar91
