Best Answer: The Nikon Coolpix S210 Is a great camera to have It has Great Quality pictures. Yes, it takes videos I love playing back watching something I record on TV. I had It; It has effects. Not alot but Basically the ones you could fall in love with. No x-ray is on that camera. U can program a software to add B&W or something like that. Other cameras would but other than that nikon coolpix is the best camera i had - stickyy notee(;
