With your finger turn the gear. 4)If the mechanism is not jammed you should see the cd slowly rise and in time it will move forward. - countryguy
Try unplugging the CD player, plugging it back in, turning it on, and "ejecting" it. Perhaps by "rebooting" the thing, it would come out. - Lilith
