Can I connect my wii with my usb modem? - happygirl I have a Verizon usb720 usb modem and I was wondering if there is anyway to get my wii online with it? What would I have to buy to connect my computer and Wii?

Best Answer: there are three ways you can connect it. 1.wirelessly using router 2. wirelessly using usb adapter 3. lan connection to router/modem. 1. if you get a router for your internet. you can use the wifi built into your wii and connect to it. the router can also be used for other computers and other electronic devices. 2. usb adapter - search for wii usb adapter on google. bestbuy and other places have those. its pretty much like a router but you plug it into a computer that is connected to the internet. downside is that the computer must be on. 3. lan connector is another wii add-on that allows you to connect to the internet. it uses one of the usb slots in the wii and you use a cable to connect to the internet. - ZengJian
