NONAME Why do pictures on my monitor seem Poor? - NONAME When I am on the internet most pictures seem "pixelized". My monitor is a hp 17" flat panel. When I download pictures from my camera the pictures are top quality. I also have dial up and not broadband.
Best Answer: Your dial-up probably compresses images to save valuable internet time. I know PeoplePC does that, is that what you have? Usually, you can find a place where to change you compression or acceleration of images, just click around something like that and you'll find it. You can get AT&T DSL for only $15 a month. - anonymous x
try reseting the web settings under tools - jdeath3
