explicitrock Can i return my xbox 360 core system? - explicitrock Can I Exchange My xbox 360 core system to wal-mart or somewhere similar. Ive had it for about a year and a half and it was a core system, I bought a harddrive for it. Ive heard that the core system is not made anymore. I JUST got the 3 red lights(ring of death) and I cant do anything with it, Thats why I want to return it. Im out of warrenty. Will it mess up your harddrive if you get the 3 red lights(ring of death) on your console also? Possibly If I went and bought a new system and returned the box with my old Xbox 360.
Best Answer: dude, xbox is giving a 3 year warrenty for xboxs that get the 3 red lights. call or email microsoft to have them send you and empty box. put the xbox in the box and itll be gone for about a month - attackofthegirt
