Dakota M The Metal part of my Macbook Charger was sizzling...? - Dakota M You know those 2 little metal things that you plug into the outlet? Well, I was sizzling, and so I took it out, and it was little bit burnt. Only the tip, is it still ok to use?
Best Answer: NO! Sizzling is not good. My guess is that it's a problem with the particular outlet you were using not the Mac connector. But get it checked out by someone who understands electricity before you try again. - Jim M
I wouldn't use it again. Too much risk. Bad outlet in your house? macbook chargers have a bad reputation for doing weird things. Better order another one from apple. - Proud to be a Nerd!!!
