Mr_InsanE Lanzar and Pyle? - Mr_InsanE Are these good brand name subs??
Best Answer: NO when it comes to car audio you always GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! this is what you need to look for when shopping for car audio CEA- Compliant which means that the amp has been tested and produces or exceeds the advertised RMS wattage with minimum distortion and that the subs can handle the RMS wattage also both of those brands are flea market grade crap (mediocre at best), they are all over rated- you would be lucky to get half of the advertised wattage from the amps and the subs could not handle that amount of wattage (if the amp was CEA-complaint) here are the top CEA-complaint brands Alpine (highly recommend) Bazooka (don't like their subs) Blaupunkt (don't like their subs) Clarion Eclipse Infinity (highly recommend) JBL JL Audio (very good but over priced) Kenwood (don't like their subs) Kicker (the best in my opinion) MTX (highly recommend) Pioneer Polk Audio (highly recommend) Rockford Fosgate (highly recommend) Sony (don't like their subs) - inktownlegend
