Ok Amy. The Activation fee is $36 for the first phone and $26 for each additional phone, these charges will appear on the first bill. The smallest family talk plan is $69.99 for two lines sharing 700 min. The message fee you want the 1500 for $15 package and thats fine, but unlimited for both lines is $30 thru the family plan. Thats $15 per line for unlimited messages on both of them. Also you may not be able to send/rec MMS if you dont have the Blackberry data plan at $30 ...just an FYI - MaryAnn
