Blackjack 2 Question.... 10 points to best answer? - crowned13clown ok i get the blackjack 2... i like it alot but one thing drives me crazy... i cant figure out how to add music to it...it has a memeory chip.... so i tried everything... added it from itunes... it said it was added but the phone wont show it... it says there is nothing there... i tried it without itunes( it says it was a movie clip) and sent that... but still no... i took the chip out and put an adapter and plugged it in and put he music on the chip but that did the same thing... i dont know what to do... help!

Best Answer: Crowned my guys all have blackjack2's and how they move music, video and other stuff around is by using Active Sync. It would have come on the disc with the phone. Its also available on the www.wireless.att.com website. ITs soooooooooooo much easier. If you go to the website you can go to support and choose blackjack2 and then Tutorials. You want to sideload music and it will show screen shots of how to do it. - MaryAnn

if u are working with itunes generally itunes will save the music file in M4A format where as most phones will need the file to be in MP3 format for it to work and show up on the phone. even if u plugged it into an adaptor and manually put music on the chip it would still have to be in Mp3 format for it to work on the phone ... it could also be a dodgy chip, you could try another chip with music on it that works, IE a Friend's chip - Tom Curtains
