Best Answer: right-click on desktop arrange icons by> show desktop icons I don't know what your problem is 100%, but this is worth a shot in trying to get them showing. - thedude
Do you have icons on your desktop? You may not see them because there aren't any on it. To fix this problem you should find the program that you want a shortcut to in the start menu, right click, copy, then paste it on your desktop! If you have Vista you can press CTRL + scroll to adjust the size of the icons. I hope this helped! good luck! - Darren M
