The simple sraight answer is "Yes" without any frills - Omser
Hi Do you have two seperate drives named c: and e: or is the drive partitioned. I ask this because if you bought your pc with the OS already installed you should have the os recovery files stored on a seperate drive if this is the case your main drive will be c: and the recovery partition will be the e drive. and I would recommend that you leave that drive alone. This drive keeps your os files on it and is needed when you use your recovery cd to install the os after format etc If not then you can move files from your c drive onto the e drive. by using copy and paste - drummerboy36uk
You could but the if the E Drive is your recovery partition I would personally leave it alone. May be better to invest in a larger hard disk as it looks as though you have nearly filled it up - dgaguine
Yes ! Suggest you Copy and paste, check you can access it in E (i.e. Check it has transferred OK) then delete it from drive C. - BRAINS
Yeah, just drag and drop, simple as that. I know this works on Windows and Linux, not sure about Mac's, but I;m assuming your using Windows. If you move like tons of files, download CCleaner and run it's registery cleaner, or your computer will run a much slower. Hope I helped! =) - Derek
Yes, copy and paste or cut and move. - neodracolith
