thunderchic111 Ruined monitor....HELP???? - thunderchic111 I have a 17 inch flat screen monitor that my baby thought would make a good place to scribble with her green crayon. Does anyone know how to get the marks off my screen or is my monitor ruined?
Best Answer: if it's a CRT flat screen, I'd use the plastic (NOT steel) scrubber and work at it with rubbing alcohol for a good 10-30 minutes. Don't be TOO rough with it :) If its an LCD, then take the other person that answered using a cloth. Ya don't wanna scratch up the display. - rootbrian2000
I use rubbing alcohol on a paper towel for all of my LCD screens. It may take quite allot of gentle rubbing but you should be able to eventually get the crayon off. - Rodger R
