fujitsu-siemens amilio pi2515 has problem with mic and the system after changing the glass as a result of dama - h.a. ı bought new laptop from Uk and the glass broke on the plane.I dıd get ıt changed staright away in the country where ı am now,but ıt was not theFujıtsu company.it was just a local repaır service.After the glass changed ı could not open my laptop at all,and ı didnt have any cd saved as f8key was enough to format.f8 doesnt work and all my englısh vısta home premium pre installed system is down.no way to bring it back.and ı gave it to the computer man and they installed thi country language vista permium.but since then nothing works properly.mic and sound system is very bad.dont know what to do.ıt was brand new but now it is in bad .any ideas how can ı bring it back to original??

Best Answer: If the laptop didn't come with a cd to reinstall the operating system, the chances are that they've just used a generic vista disk to reinstall. This means that the specific drivers for your laptop have not been installed back after the recovery. Sometimes (I'm not sure about fujitsu now but they used to be bundled with the disks to recover) the recovery comes as a hidden partition on the hard drive. If vista has been installed externally this could wipe out the recovery partition. The best thing you could do is to contact the technical support department for the company you purchased it from and ask about getting new recovery media. Without the specific drivers installed, a lot of the devices on the laptop won't work unless you can find them on the internet and download them. - Eternals Blissyღ
