lg dare exchange question, possible? please help? - krnkinka hello all. I ordered lg dare from verizon online, received it on saturday, fully charged it first, then turned it on sunday morning. I played a bit, made few phone calls, and etc (normal use, but not too much). in less then 20 hours, phone shut off. i plugged it to charger, charged it fully again, but this time less then 17 hours before battery went dead. Battery life showed 3 bars (out of 4) couple hours before it died, interesting huh? that's not all. when i was trying to put music into the phone, it froze three times. so my question is... i know if i bring it to local verizon shop, they will try to test it to duplicate the problem. but i am not sure if it is possible for them to duplicate. it's been only couple days since i bought this phone, it still have plastic wrap around phone, no damage basically still brand new. I am not comfortable keeping this phone which problem already occurred and want to exchange it from local verizon (not online). is it possible? i know this phone has problem, i don't know if they will think the same way, or they will see what I am talking about. But do you guys think they will exchange it? I need this phone everyday, and I don’t want them to take my new phone away, and do stuff to it. I want to exchange it to new lg dare phone at the moment. Possible? Any tips i can do or tell them so they will exchange it to new lg dare right there?

Best Answer: if you ordered it online, you can't exchange it at a store. you have to ship it back and they'll send you a new one. there's a slight chance that they'll have pity on you and try to exchange it in the store but that is very slight. you should try calling your local verizon store and asking them. that way, you won't have to make a trip to the store when they can't so anything for you. sorry about your phone. that sucks major balls, man. <3 - notgoodenough87
