msett External Monitor from a Desktop Computer? - msett It's not a laptop, it's a new Dell running Windows Vista. Can I set up an external monitor, or is that just for laptops?
Best Answer: Of course you can do that as long as there is another port to attach an extra monitor. If there is no extra port you could either: 1. Use a splitter but the display will just be a clone of first display. 2. OR you could install a graphics card w/ dual output. -
