C.Ghost How do you get pictures back to a kodak SD card? - C.Ghost Ok i have a Casio Exilim DIGITAL cam and someone like formated my pictures but i have em all on my computer so how can i get those pictures backk onto the SD card or camera? PLEASE HELP BEST ANSWER AND RITE ONE GETS 5 STARS
Best Answer: Why would you want to put them back anyway...anyway, it is rather annoying because they aren't meant to be put back into the camera...just take a picture after you insert it back into the camera..then USB connect it...open the camera's directory folder on "My Computer" then look for the picture...see the way it is written, then just rename all the pictures in the same format as the one you took in the camera example : the picture you took is called PIC0001.jpg then just rename the pictures you wish to put it back as PIC0002.jpg, PIC0003.jpg, PIC0004.jpg..and see if it works...it worked for me on my old digital camera - Calvin C
Okay, why would you do that. So you copy and paste the files back onto the card. Guess what? The camera is not made to be a file viewer. Any JPG file that is edited in shape or form will not be able to display by your camera. They have to be named the right way so the camera can find them--and they have to be in a certain directory (that's the old way of calling "folder" for you). The first two answers are correct by the way, yes, you can move them back onto a memory card, but I had to add the info above so you won't waste your time. - Little Pooky
Hi, You will need a card reader for your computer - about $10 max. Put the card into the reader, open "My computer" go the the folder which contains your images, do "edit" - "select all" - "copy", then move to the drive letter of your card probably "D" or "E" and select "edit" - "paste". The files will then be coppied to the card. Hope this helps! Cheers Charles
