GotThatJustinBieberFever; ♥. I have a Canon photo printer and it won't work with my USB stick? - GotThatJustinBieberFever; ♥. I've done it before and it worked with my Cruzer 2.0 GB USB stick, but now when I plug it in it shows a USB stick, and an exclimation mark. Do you know whats wrong?
Best Answer: Sorry about that, The USB on printers are "picture bridge". picture bridge is only for plugging a camera's USB not a USB stick. I tried pluging USB stick on my photo smart printer and I got a message saying "This device os incomparable with picture bridge. please remove it from your printer" - Corei7
Either your USB stick is corrupted or there are no compatible files for the printer to use stored on it. Try plugging your USB drive into your computer and then use the Safely Remove icon in the bottom right side of your start menu/task bar. After safely removing the drive, unplug it and plug it back into your printer and see if that fixed the problem. Good luck! - cartpauj
