Brother Printer Black ink is full but can only print with colored ink HELP ARGENT? -

- Best Answer: Make sure the print cartrdige is not cloged and that the print head is clean and no dried-up ink on it. Use alcohol & Q-tip and clean both, print cartridge and print head. Then retry. Also, go in Brothers' print service menu and make sure you re-align the cartridges. Often, Brother tend to not print after replacing any cartridge. - T-Bar
