question about buying a digital camcorder and its remote control.? - zonryzita I'm pretty ignorant at this still, so I'd like to ask a question. I go to Walmart sometimes and I see these cool camcorders, under $200, and I'm thinking I'd like to get one. However, I was wondering if there exists a possibility of getting a remote control for them. The reason is that sometimes we're all standing in a group and I might be filming all of us, and I'd like to just push the "stop" button to stop recording instead of walking over to the camcorder and stop the recording, becuase then in the recording, it looks tacky me going over there and turning off the camcorder. Just easier to have a remote. Any ideas????? Thanks!

You probably won't find one with a remote at that price. But if walking up to the camcorder is the tackiest thing you do, you'll be doing very well - just edit out the bad bits on your PC. - Iridflare
