What is better ipod nano 5g or ipod touch 3g 8gb? -
Best Answer: Ipod shuffle (latest): Great if you just want music purely and if you don't want to spend much or if a present, I would get this. If you want videos and games and all that then you are better off not geting this ipod. Ipod Nano:Great, just a bit of most things. Perfect for someone who wants a bit of each. If you are looking for something with plenty of storage space to last you forever, you are better off with an ipod classic. This ipod is a great size and colour though. The new ipod nano has a camera, a pedometer, a radio and lots more. Ipod Classic: Exactly the same as Ipod nano, apart from alot more storage. The only down side of it is that if you get LOADS of songs you may not be able to find them all. I think this ipod is better than the ipod nano though and I bet that there will be an even NEWER one with a camera out soon so be patient and wait and you could get that instead. Ipod touch: Amazing if you are an EXPERT and I mean EXPERT in technology because you have to set up internet and its like utterly almost impossible because I have tried. Although there is games and other stuff on it like maps, you can download this thing called skype where you can make contact with anyone in the world. It breaks down easily though and if it gets scratched it is probably broken. Iphone: Better than an ipod touch because you can make calls and it has a camera but apart from that the same. This breaks down easily too and the only way to make it work is to reboot it. Personally I think new ipod classic but if you prefer nano or touch i'd say nano. Its really up to you but if you can read what I wrote, find which suits your daily lifestyle best, truly. Don't just get the touch because its got loads on because you can get caught up in it at times. Hope you find the one you want and they are my words of advice for you. - Cas
Well, I guess the new ipod nanos are really good because of the video camera , but the ipod touch is much better because there are so many more things that you can do on it than the nano! (Except it doesn't have a camera, but, to be honest who actually buys ipods for the cameras anyway!?) On the ipod touch you can go on the internet (and youtube), look at your mail, store photos from your computer, play music out loud using the built in speaker (on the newer ipod touches.) , watch videos on the wide screen, look at maps , download apps (games and stuff) from the itunes store (some are free!) .. and loads more! I have the first generation ipod touch and it is really really good, and I bet the 3rd generation is much, much better!! I would choose the ipod touch over the nano anyday! ;D Hope i've helped! Oh, and if you want more info about the ipod touch go on : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:IPod_Touch_2.0.png .. or if you want to find out about the new nano go on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPod_Nano . I can't believe there is a 5th gen of the ipod nano now.. haha I remember getting the first one when i was about 7.. hehe . :) - amy
iPod Touch is better... The apps have been so helpful/invaluable to me. - mommy2skyler
The ipod touch 8gb is better, can't beat those apps and internet and large screen! Although the new nano is good too. - Nyla
there is no 3g 8 gb the 3g's are the 32 and 64 gb but the itouch rules over the nano - monkeyman
ive got ipod nano 5g and it is shit.. i wish i bought ipod touch..... ipod anno has radio which wastes your battery in like 30 minutes. plus ipod touch doesnt need to connect to the computer if you want to buy songs or movies or podcasts or games or apps all sorts... also its the best internet out there and its free wifi soo cool free internet. ipod nano plays music and is shit no point .. get the ipod touch...:) - Abdirizak O
