pianotime My printer isn't working on my new computer? - pianotime I have a computer running on Windows 7. My printer is an HP Deskjet 940c. I think my computer is missing the driver for the printer, but HP's website says that it doesn't have a driver I can download for Windows 7, or for Windows Vista either. Any tips on how to get my computer to recognize it?
Best Answer: get the drive for the printer if its from vista or XP, right click on the driver installation n click on TROUBLESHOOT COMPATIBILITY, n just follow the step it n will work. thats how i did it for my drivers ^_^ - devidevildude
