Recommended digital cameras in England? - first born due 15.02.10 ♥ I'd like a decent digital camera preferably ten megapixels or more. It needs to be roughly upto one hundred and twenty pounds. I'm into photography and i have a baby on the way, so i'd like to take decent photos of my child for family photo albums. I have been looking around but i'm seeing all sorts and not sure which one to buy! Personal experiance, would be great. Thankyou.

Congrats on the baby. Are you ready for the total change in your life? As for the camera, I have to recommend the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS. (£209 at Amazon) It has one feature that other brands do not, a separate optical viewfinder (the little hole you look through at your subject). LCD viewfinders just don't work well in broad daylight. If you are going to take pictures outdoors, you should consider getting a camera with an optical viewfinder.
