Graf Orlok Do you think that when Geek Squad "optimizes" your computer before you buy it...? - Graf Orlok Do you think that they probably do something to make sure that it gets messed up pretty soon so that you will have to bring it back and get it fixed, just to make some extra $$$? I do.
Best Answer: When they "optimize" it, they remove all the crapware on it (all the trial versions of apps computer manufacturers install on them). You can do that yourself easily and save yourself some money. - Jeff P
