John Why is my computer announcing everything I do?!?!? - John I have a macintosh computer, a laptop macbook, and every letter I type and anything I click on is announced. There are also thick black outlines around things like text boxes and windows. Also the top keys (F1, F2, F3, Etc.) Don't do what they should. EXAMPLE: The increase volume button opens dashboard. Help please!!!
Best Answer: Voice Over could have been possibly activated. Go into system preferences, Universal Access (system), and then de-activate the voiceover feature. You can also try command, function, F5 - nesskartracing
Go to Control Panel>Accessibility Options and ck your settings.
