Should I get the iPhone? - I'm looking into geting an iPhone but I'm a big texter is it hard to text on the iPhone? I'm kinda hesitant to get a smart phone because they seem to focus less on the phone and more on extras. I text A LOT and I'm not really used to touch screen but my mom wants to get me an iPhone for xmas but she said I could pick any phone from Verizon or AT&T any reccomendations?

Best Answer: If your are not sure about the touch screen phones, you could always try one of the phones that have a touchscreen, but you also get the full keyboard. Phones that I would suggest are the LG Xenon with AT&T, the Samsung Impression with AT&T, the HTC Tilt 2 with AT&T, the ever so popular Envy Touch with Verizon, the Motorolla Rival with Verizon, the new Motorolla Droid (my favorite!!!), and even the semi-cross over but not, the Blackberry Storm. If you look hard enough, they make phones that fit everyone and you will find one that you fall in love with. Keep looking and try the ones that I have suggested... A new phone just came out for Motorola called the Motorola Droid It's supposedly like the iphone but cheaper and for verizon I think and Verizon gets service EVERYWHERE! My friend has the iphone and cant get service anywhere.

it's not hard to text on an iPhone at all. unless you have huge fingers lol. they have this thing where u can text either vertically or horizontally. but its up to you. - hannie

My husband has the MyTouch from Tmobile which has the digital keyboard and I find it hard to text. I like to press the buttons, but everything else on the touch screen is pretty easy. I have acrylics on so I hear that makes it more difficult. - Lady_Gaga
