JAMMED cd drive?! (20 characters)? - V. I pressed the button on the tower, nothing. I pressed the eject button on itunes nothing.I tried pushing that tiny hole and...nothing, i heard whirring but the trays still not opening. All i wanted was to burn a cd now i have to fight a computer. Help. ;~;

Best Answer: try shutting down the computer, wait a few minutes, turn on computer, and eject again. if not eject, try pushing in little hole again, but this time push in harder. - mr. wong

2 things: CD drive went bad or you did not put the disk properly and it jam the tray. turn you pc off, bang softly on the CD tray (might release the jam), re-boot and see if it works - Servette
