Purchased Music Track but can't get it on to my MP3? -
Dazed and Confused in Paradise!
Help! I just purchased two tracks from Tesco (www.tesco.com) I downloaded them & they play fine on my Windows Media Player. BUT, when I try to put it on my Sony MP3 player, using Sonic Stage I get a message saying: An error occurred when transferring. Transfers are not allowed.
I think the problem is that I don't have a 'license'? But I should have gotten that automatically when I purchased the track, no?
The file I just purchased was in the WMA format, and my MP3 (Sony, using Sonic Stage) facilitates that. All my other files on the MP3 are in the WMA format.
The only difference between this file and the others that have been successfully downloaded is that when I right-click on Properties, under 'copy right protection', the ones that are on my MP3 already say 'none' while this one which I am trying to get on my MP3 says 'available'.
PLEASE HELP!
ps Tesco sucks!!! I checked their page and nothing they suggested works :-(
