why caunt i download manuel for my samsung fax model sf-5100? - N R

Best Answer: goto www.samsung.com then, download center(you should see it on the right) then under product group highlight computor&related, then under product type highlight MFP , then under product subtype hightlight multi function product then under model name highlight sf-51001 by scrolling down then you will be able to download it on the next page that appears i have tried and downloaded it, you will need to have adobe reader installed on your pc tho or you won't be able to read it ok - stormin85stormin

The first site is the Samsung (UK) site, and seems to contain two fax machines that have the prefix SF-5100 (the SF-5100I and the SF-5100PI). I don't know if either of these is the same as the model you give. The second site seems to be under construction. You should come back soon. The third site requires payment of $39.90 for a CD that contains multiple manuals. (CD #5 is the one you require.) It's a service manual, NOT an operator's manual. The fourth site requires payment of $10. It's a service manual, NOT an operator's manual. Personally, I wouldn't pay for a manual that should be freely available. If you do a search for "Samsung SF-5100 Manual" (without the speech marks) there are loads and loads of pages that contain the same model number ... some of which want payment for the manual (mainly the service manual, rather than the user manual). Take a look for yourself. I'd be mighty surprised if you didn't find the manual from somewhere. - micksmixxx
