ranimal100 I am looking for an open source/free or very cheap program that will allow me to get data of a PBX.? - ranimal100 Please help, I need to get statistics for a small call center for a startup company that is not currently brining in revenue. ASA, AHT, AWT, SLAs etc. The PBX is a Inter-tel 5000 and we are using a windows environment.
