yesiabc08 My Office phone is programed 2 only ring twice. Is there a way 2 make it ring more times? - yesiabc08 our office phones are only ringing twice and then going to voicemail. We have inter-tel phones. maybe there is a standard way for all phones to extend the amoint of times it rings. how can i do this?

That is usually set in the PBX programming for the phone's COS (Class Of Service). Every phone on a phone system will have a COS and COR (Class of Restriction) that create a profile of what the phone can and can't do. Whomever is your switch tech (PBX programmer) can usually change this. - R T
Look on the side of the phone or underneath. it should give you options on the amount of rings. - Colts girl
