My mp3 Irok AST50332 won't turn on after I disconnected the USB cable the wrong way? - Brumby I was a genius and unplugged my iRok AST50332 without telling the computer to disconnect the USB cable. It won't turn on UNLESS I plug it back into my PC with the USB cable, switch it on, and then disconnect it (kind of inconvenient...) I've been told to push the restart button, but on this particular model, there isn't one. I'm not sure where my manual is, so I can hardly look at it for help. I looked at Jaton's website, but it didn't help any either.. Have I wrecked my mp3, or does someone know how I can fix this?

Best Answer: Go back to where you bought it from and ask if the warranty covers that damage. Usually within a year of purchase the warranty is still good and they can repair it / give you a new one. good luck. - ericeezy
