Stranger Danger Is my monitor going to die? - Stranger Danger It's a ViewSonic CRT monitor. About every 10 minutes or so the whole screen pulses into a blur and fades back in to normal. This is hard to explain. Hold out a closed fist, now open it and extend all of your fingers outward and bring it back to a closed frst all within about 2 seconds. You opening your hand represents the blur on my monitor. What is that?!
Best Answer: Sounds like your monitor is slowly dying. Not much repair can be done on monitors, they are dangerous to work on and to cheap to repair. You may want to lower your resolution settings to prolong to the monitor. Otherwise, if the DEGAUSS feature doesnt help it, I'm afraid there isn't much hope. Sorry for the bad news. - Adam
better change it dude....when it is still alive or u might loose money - NIKHIL B
