Luis G Help My visioneer onetouch 7100 usb doesn't want to scan? - Luis G When I conected it to my computer it installed but when I tried to scan something it didn't worked it said that the scaner might be in use by another program but it isn't. I read in the manual and it said that the light on the scanner has to be green when it is ready to scan but it is always orange. I have tried to scan and the light that scans the documents barely moves. what can I do? I've already reinstalled the scanner an it is still the same. Please help
Best Answer: The following link provides Manual and driver for the Visioneer One Touch 7100. As a possibility you might review the Manual - Although I believe you indicated you've already done that - and confirm you have the Newest Driver. it does not appear a driver is available for Vista.
