Madeline S hard drive speed? - Madeline S hi, what is the rpm speed of a quantum fireball ex4.3a hard drive?
Best Answer: Quantum Fireball 4.3a? 5400 RPM spindle speed. Edit: Those screws are probably Torx screws. Looks like a star. Might be Allen head screws, but I doubt it.(Looks like a hexagon, or six sided wrench would fit in. Called an Allen wrench or Hex Key) 1.Torx:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torx 2.Allen Head wrench, or Hex Key: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hex_key (Also shows various screw head types.) Then there's always the tamper-resistant external Torx head screw. Doubt it uses this either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Torx_driver_secure.png (Be sure to always have the computer un-plugged from it's AC electrical source before opening it, and reaching inside. Be sure to De-static your body before reaching inside. Just touch the metal frame of the computer case. Un-plugged from AC of course!)
