Mohamed_aman how can I make my scanner "hp scanjet 3500c" work on windows server 2003? - Mohamed_aman I have hp scanjet 3500c work good on windows xp after installed windows server 2003 it does not work. I installed new update software and driver for it my pc detected it but no software does what is the problem? and how can I solve it ?
Best Answer: for different windows you need different drivers and software which could be compatible.i recommend you to go to www.hp.com and download its driver and software then it would work fine..if cannot then contact HP, chat with them they are very helpful.your problem will be solved...!! - sunny
