tater_eatin_hillbilly How do I hook up my audio receiver to my tv/dvd player? - tater_eatin_hillbilly Just bought it second hand so I have no owners manual and Pioneer didnt have a download.Thanks in advance.
Best Answer: Few answers, If it has Dolby Digital capabilites, connect a digital coax or digital optical cable from the tv/dvd to the rec and enable dd on the / player. If it is a stereo rec just connect 2 audio cables (one for left one for right) in to the audio out on the tv and the audio in on the rec (if it has multiple inputs, use video 1 or aux 1, doesnt make a difference). Switch the rec to video 1 or aux 1 and there you go. Dont use both tv volume and rec volume, it will echo and sound stupid. - jjcox
