Best Answer: I wouldnt trouble shoot the iTouch by yourself. Schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple Store. Hopefully there is a 24 hr store in your area. I had a problem with my iTouch and the people at the Genius Bar are extremely helpful. If you plug your iTouch back into your computer make sure when you disconnect the device that you press the eject button before you pull the connectors. - Mango70881
