Chelsea I have a Creative Zen 30 GB MP3 Player and it won't let me scroll on it anymore. Can it be fixed? - Chelsea
Best Answer: If it's been dropped and the inside is broken you are most likely out of luck, but if it is just a technical glitch I would suggest the MP3 Recovery tool on the Creative website, that will most likely take care of your problem! Good luck! Hope this helps! - Mia
