B-man Xbox Repair question...? - B-man Can you get the red ring after microsoft sends the system back to you?
Best Answer: Yeah you can. Microsoft just fixes the problem you're having but it's very possible that it could break again. Next time it flashes red, immediately turn it off and unplug everything from you Xbox. Then remove the hardrive and let it sit for a few minutes. Plug everything back in securely and the you might now even have to send it in. - Alex H
Of course you can. That's when most of the failures happen. You are much more likely to get it after Microsoft fixes the console then before. - The Dark Knight
yea, it's still possible. it's just not as likely. in september 2007 microsoft updated the 360s so they dont get the red ring of death as often. but its still possible - Isa
