chicka what games can my laptop play? - chicka http://www.sony.com.au/vaio/vaio/catalog/product.jsp?id=VGNCR353S§ion=prod&term=cr353/s Will sims 2 load ok in it?
Best Answer: based on the secs, you're good to play pretty much whatever game you want to. Though you should consider upgrading the ram to the full 4 to even further enhance your experience. 2 gb is more than enough for pretty much everyone, but it can't hurt to have more. So, thumbs up on sims 2 - David H
you can play sim2 on ur laptop and all other game - coolboy999
hi chicka, what you need is a Nvidia 8800gts for your system you are using a lot of power when you play games on your laptop and a 8800gts or 8800gtx can handle that kind of power drain. but it is better for your machine if you dont play any games on your laptop save it for your desktop good luck hope i have been helpful to you - hemppy
Actually, this laptop can handle pretty much any game thats being released. You might not be able to play at the highest resolution or graphics setting, but regardless it will play fine. As for Sims 2 you can play that game with the settings maxed out. If you wanted to play Rainbow Six:Vegas you could play that at probably medium settings. This laptop has a dedicated graphics card which is not all that bad. I myself have a macbook pro with a 256 mb X1900 which plays Prey, Battlefield 2142, etc just fine and those games have pretty high requirements. Hope this helps. - Austin
Go to www.canirunit.com and it will then automatically forward you to another website. You will find a drop down menu on there and when you find a game you wan't to see if you can play click on it, the website will the scan you're computer's ability to play the game and even give you tips on how to improve it. - arron p
You can check on the back of the box of sims 2. More and likely unfortunately itt,ll say not compatible with integrated graphics, which means more than likely your Laptop will be integrated or onboard, or maybe you'll be lucky and have a card that says 8400GS which is a graphics's card that is in your pci or agp slot. You can check by right clicking MY Computer and clicking properties or maybe if you know how to get into your BIOS at the star-up of your computer you can press the F2 or F10 button above your numeric keys at the top of your keyboard and then you will find out, but remember not to make chances to the BIOS, if so by mistake you can press the LOAD DEFAULT SETTING and save setting,s. - butlermatthew16
It should. Just look at the System Requirement somewhere on the game, then compare them to yours/ - I_wonder..
Yes, Sims 2 will load very easily. It's games that require alot of memory (like Rainbow 6: Vegas) that you may be questioning. I don't know the specifics of such games, I'm afraid. I'm sure it will be fine. - John T
